Cranberry Sangria
Ingredients
325ml Rosé wine
250ml Cranberry juice
50ml Brandy
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Golden Caster sugar
1 Lemon, sliced
250ml Lemonade
50g frozen Cranberries
2 Rosemary sprigs
Ice
Method
- STEP 1
Tip the rose, cranberry juice and brandy into a jug with the cinnamon stick, sugar and half the lemon slices. Put in the fridge to chill for 1 hr.
- STEP 2
Top up with the lemonade, then add the cranberries, rosemary, the rest of the lemon and a handful of ice. Serve in ice-filled tumblers.
